Default Streching

Well what are some lower back and some calf streches.

Belive it or not my calves are the tightest part of my body and i have trouble streching them because all the streches i know hurt my ankles, So if you have any strechs that wont hurt my ankles lets hear them

and just any lower back strech you know. My lower back is hurt and i dont know how to strech it out

when you go to reach your toes bend the kness a little and get the stretch away from the hammis and onto the calves

When I was in football camp, the trainer told us to do these, but the coach's said they looked gay, we did some other back stretch after...

lol, thats where i learned them

i guess a good way to stretch the calves are doing unweighted calve raises???

Get a slanted board at 45 degrees and use that for your calves, it is money.

Make sure you are properly stretching your hamstrings as that leads to a lot of the tightness that one gets in the lower back
