| IMPC Contestant | I've been doing stomach vacuums lately as suggested by DarkFalcon, and my question is, should I be doing them like 3 sets of 10? Or like, for 5 minutes? Or what? I've just been doing for 4-5 minutes, and I was wondering if this is right. Also how often should I do them? Once a week? Once a day? And do you really think stomach vacuums will help make my mid-section look smaller? My pics are here: Hybrid reveals himself! Thanks

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Do basic stomach vaccums for 1-2 minutes of a few sets. |

| Pro Stature | Better idea...keep your gut sucked in like you're supposed to and it makes stomach vacuums useless.
