Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Actually... Stomach vacuums are amazing BUT you have to hold your breath fot them to be more efficient! It does work while breathing but not as much. So, breath out while sucking your stomach in as much as you can (TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT is the key) ... then count to 10 slowly (in your head) while holding your breath... do this 8-10 times DAILY! And talk to me next week You'll already be happy
