:nosthumbs WOW! Big difference. Way more defined and shapely in the second. And that's just from vacuums no diet change or sucking it in for the pic?

Diet had changed in this period but I passed from about 1500 to 2500 cals a day. Vaccuums are really what made the difference.

Gr888 Info I’m gonna try it out for sure...hopefully I'll get rid of distended stomach (just ‎knew the phrase now :p). I thought that was body fat...I've been thinking…hmmm. I'm ‎not fat!! I'm near to thin, but with this distended I believed I'm gaining weight and I need ‎to cut Carb and Fat. I don't see how that is possible while bulking! But it sure did change ‎my appetite; don’t like to eat anymore....‎

Anyone know the reason behind such distended?‎

And yea, is it ok to try crunches while in vacuum?‎

It could be weak muscles, but for a lot of people it has to do with the stomach being stretched out. If you eat a lot of small meals the stomach itself will contract over time.

Is it better to workout with an empty stomach?

some people say that you have to stop drinks while eating...drink water or juice after an hour or so...is that true?
