Default squat help

aight. bout a week ago i was doing my higher rep squat night when i get a sharp pain on the left side of my spine, a little above half way up. it feels that its more the muscle right next to the spine rather than the spine itself.

i cant really pick up anything remotely heavy without the pain. its stuff like that or the lower half of a squat that does it in.

whenever im just sitting around not doing anything like at school or something, its completely fine. but its whenever i pick something up.

im sure its just a pinched nerve, but i was wondering if theres anything i can do to get over it faster. thanks.
