Default Shoulder Injury...what, why and how?

I was doing some weight push ups at the end of my chest tri and shoulder workout, i did 6 reps with a 22lb plate..

And when i stretched after there was a terrible pain in my front delts.. but it didnt hurt at the time.. what went wrong??

Hmmm..pretty hard to tell from that. Ice it as much as you can today and see what it feels like tomorrow. Might just be a strain.

Ditto.. you could have just irritated something... ice it to bring down the swelling, and how it feels tomorrow.. ibuprophen every however often you are supposed to take it wouldn't be a bad idea if you can take it...

I have done things and my shoulder killed afterwards.. thoght I was gonna be done training for a long time, and I was 100% a couple days later....

start doing rotator cuff excercises....

Thanks guys, or as we say here CHEERS I iced it last night and this morning it's a little sore but it just feels like regular DOMS..i thought i was buggered!

not to jump to conclusions but front delts sounds like what i was having and it ended up being bicept tendinitis (sp) could be something you wanna look into
