I have torn rotator cuffs that make it difficult for me to get the dumbells started when I go back because my hand are too deep or too far down in the motion. I often have to get a spotter to help me get my arms up into my normal range of motion for the dumbell press.

For those that have a problem with getting the dumbbells in position.. I'd lyke to recommend a pair of Power-Hooks..

I asked for those for Christmas for my gym at home! I'm sick of having to go lighter cause I can't get it started. If anybody has any experience with any particular brand, it would be much appreciated so I can give little suggestions to my family. Thanx!
