Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | i did my chest workout today and i went up to 30kg both sides (130 pounds in total) and i can bench them alright its just, gettin them up i cant do and my spotter does it basically all for me!? is there anyway i can train to help my get them up easier, is it to do with my shoulders? there quite weak. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I have torn rotator cuffs that make it difficult for me to get the dumbells started when I go back because my hand are too deep or too far down in the motion. I often have to get a spotter to help me get my arms up into my normal range of motion for the dumbell press.
