Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 125 | Check out this thread by Keith Wassung about the reverse push-pull routine. http://www.ironmass.com/training/236...l-routine.html another option is to do 3x a week, push/pull/legs split (or push/legs/pull or however you want to order it). many training splits are available in this thread as well, although most are bodypart based. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 125 | or just go with the classic intermediate 5x5 Bill Starr 5x5 - Madcow Intermediate or Linear Version it's what got me really rolling in the strength & mass department |
