Default need help on new routine push and pull

i plan on working out 3 or 4 days a week and i want to know a good push and pull routine

another option is to do 3x a week, push/pull/legs split (or push/legs/pull or however you want to order it).

many training splits are available in this thread as well, although most are bodypart based. It can help give you an idea on split construction though - http://www.ironmass.com/training/259...come-here.html

or just go with the classic intermediate 5x5

Bill Starr 5x5 - Madcow Intermediate or Linear Version

it's what got me really rolling in the strength & mass department
