| Soldier In Progress | Incline DB bench (or barbell), which setting is best? I usually warmup using 4 (on the bench), i think that translates into about 45 degreese. Then for heaviest set I work on 3 (feels better). I'm going to start using 3 Exclusively and 4 when I start working barbells. What is everyone elses prefrence? -- in terms of angle?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Since the movement is almost a cross between a flat bench press and an overhead press. A 30-degree angle is all that is needed. If the angle is more than 30 degrees, the deltoids begin to move the weight to me at least.
