Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | I can't quite understand it. All that ends up happening when I try and do it is my ass ends up coming off of the bench. What EXACTLY do you do??? Just squaaze the leg muscles hard or what? I place my feet so that my shins are about perpendicular with the ground, maybe a little closer in, if that matters.

| is missing heavy pulls | pull you feet back and out and drive your heels into the ground. When your feet are back and out your ass wont come up |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 109 | yeah, its more a drive towards the head, less upward. It will allow you to heave the bar. It can take ur butt off the bench, so be carefull.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 92 | i couldnt get leg drive flat footed. so i put my feet up more and my heels off the ground. def got more leg drive doing that and it gave me an arch with keeping my ass on the bench. watch big D mans board press videos he just recently put up to see what im talking about. Big key for me is also squeezing the bar, it helps me remember to stay tight and drive my feet.
