| Nublarsaurusrex | Yes, all overhead movements emphasize the long head. However im not sure how or if you can emphasize the lateral head of the tricep...

:bigthumbu Bad luck about the rotator cuff - but I'm not doing handbikes for two reasons: 1. We don't have one at my gym 2. I hate anything remotely close to cardio ![]() Do some Reverse Close Grip Benchpresses. They rule for triceps development.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | i always forget the names of the heads of the triceps. i'm guessing the outside part??? i like doing something i call crossbody extensions... a magazine called them one armed presdowns to the side. those hit that part of my tricep pretty well. |
