Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | true! good tip. I was looking for routines aswell. I can pull 600 for a few but I have been stuck there for a while now. I found 3-4 sets of 8-12 of 405 with short rest periods (60 secs. to 1-1/2 mins) 1 x a week works nicely. Basically pick a w8t you feel comfortable doing for 12. Then have a week of 3-4 sets with reps in the 3-6 range. very light w8t moving right up. Anyone else? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | Learning proper breathing and oblique contraction seem to be huge as well. i do sets of 4-6 with full step-back 8 second pauses. I've found my pulling is largly dependent on my grip strength as well.

| IronMass Donator | One philosophy I've heard is to not deadlift so much. Do other back exercises and save your heavy deads for every other week. Another is to just look up and make sure the lift is a smooth and fluid motion with a synergy of legs and back. |
