Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | How much do you press using a close grip as compared to using a regular wider grip?? I can do 225 for 7 using a regular grip, but using a close grip I can push the same weight for almost as many reps... weird.. ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | the closer the grip the more the tri-cep is involved i believe. ZCouldnt that be a big factor? Maybe your tris arnt as strong.

| is missing heavy pulls | yea it shows you have over powering tris. Add in extra shoulder/ chest work and your bench should shoot up. It also might be differnce in technique. CGBP technique is easier than regular bench technique |
