Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | I know, I hate asking this..but how can I make ab rolls more difficult? Any regular crunch movement hurts my back, so I tried using an ab roll apparatus. :P Regardless, how can I make this exercise more difficult? I can't put weights anywhere... Help! ![]() |
