Default Hamstring advice

Ok guyz - here's the deal. I have a condition similar to MS, which impacts most on my hamstrings. My ability to do seated leg curls is limited and forget about lying curls. I do squats and standing lunges on the Smith machine, Hacks, Leg presses and leg extensions.
Are these sufficiently hitting my hams indirectly enuf to compensate for the inability to do the curls. I have naturally strong legs so they look ok (25quad, 17calf) but would like to build em up and keep them balanced back to front

Squats, lunges and hacks will all work your hammies.

What about doing SLDL?

Not sure if I could keep my balance on the standing single leg movements, but will give it a shot, The gym I go to has an iso-lateral leg press - that's as close as it gets to SL movements and its more a quad exercise

Glute-ham raises
Band Resistant Curls
GMs

Thanks bro - love Hyperextensions and already do partial DL - will give the others a try - have my doubts about GMs but can't hurt to try em

Stretching helps tremendously.

SLDL = Stiff Leg Deadlift, not Single Leg Deadlift. :-D

just clarifying. you might be able to get away with Romanian deadlifts to. :-D

I guess I wasn't quite awake yet when I translated the acronym. Thanks for catching my dufus moment.

I do SLDL and regular DL - both are in my new 5x5 routine
