Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Ok guyz - here's the deal. I have a condition similar to MS, which impacts most on my hamstrings. My ability to do seated leg curls is limited and forget about lying curls. I do squats and standing lunges on the Smith machine, Hacks, Leg presses and leg extensions. Are these sufficiently hitting my hams indirectly enuf to compensate for the inability to do the curls. I have naturally strong legs so they look ok (25quad, 17calf) but would like to build em up and keep them balanced back to front |
