Hammer Strength Seated Bench Presses

I hope this is the right forum to post this in..

But i came arcoss Dorian Yates Workout (i think it his work routine)

But as i was writing it down i came to a pulse about 1 workout, i dont know what it is cuase i dont know if it is 1 or 2 workout's, i tried to search for the work out name but nothing comes up...

it's the
Hammer Strenght--???(is this the same thing as hammer curls cuase hammer curls are for the Biceps not chest)
Seated Bench press- i know what this is

Or is it 1 whole work out

never mind i figured out what the workout is..

It looks like 1 workout.

Hammer Strength is a popular brand of plate-loaded machines. The seated chest press is probably this:
