Default great exercise for lower body strength and endurance

Squat jump roping...

i cant do jump roping outdoors so i started it indoors. but my ceiling is too short so i did it while being in a low squat stance and these things are great for strength and especially endruance...

im doing 5 sets of 1 minute but working up to 3 minutes

knees are great. but ive been doing them for only a few days. gonna give it a few months to see how its on my knees
