Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | Who here trains there forearms seriously?? if you do, are are some great exercises using free-weights ie. barbell and dumbbells?? i do reverse curls, wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. is there anyother good ones? also, should i go heavy and low reps on my forearms or go lower weight and high reps? thanks

| is missing heavy pulls | pinching plates(2 plates smooth sides out) Plate Wrist curls Heavy static holds... theres lots of stuff |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I like ot do farmer walks but many gyms do not have the open space. I grab heavy dumbells in each hand and then walk back and forth down a hall in my gym that leads to offices (which are closed after 5pm which is when i go) |
