Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I reccomend getting one from somewhere reliable or somewhere where you can test it out first. A clubhouse I go to ordered 2 ez-grip bars because the members wanted some weights, but they were awful the balance was all off and uncomfortable.

| Amateur | I've seen one for around $20 at Dick's. That seems to be a decent price. |

| Pro Stature | a 45lb olympic one or just one that holds olympic weights? I have a 5lb bar that holds olympic weights and I like it a lot more than the ones they have at the gym. I am pretty sure it was real inexpensive from like dicks or dunhams or something like that. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 15 | I've got a 'Hampton' brand one. It's black and I like the way it feels in my hands, very comfortable. I almost never use it though. I do curls probably 2 months out of the year these days.

| Amateur | I want one that will hold Olympic plates. I think they weigh around 25 lbs. Now that I'm starting to curl heavier weights, the straight bar is eating up my wrists!
