Default Doing everything

Ok i have a question If I take One EXCERSIZE for each muscle/bodypart and put into one day and then i do it every other day?

the question is that if i take Curls for Bis Bench for Chest Pushups for Tris Crunches for abs Forearms wrist curls Back Deadlift Shoulders Shoulder Press
then Every other week i rotate the excersize with different Excersize i have for the Bodypart
But the Reall questions IS that can i just take opne exceresize from each Bodypart And then Do all of them in One day and Do it every other day
I be Using Overload Training 3 sets with 6 reps Whatever weight i do with 6 reps with all excersize

Formulate what you write better ... but I think I get what you're saying.

Work every bodypart 3 times a week, with a different exericse then switch up the next week. Almost what I do as a DC'er but different, more volume.

Does it remind anyone else of Russian Volume Training?
