any pressing barbell motion will hit both of those muscle groups hard. In terms of accessory stuff... raises, military work, and pressdowns are all u really need. If u want big triceps, u want a big CG bench.

Triceps
close grip bench and partial presses

all over head pressing is good for shoulders and tris. Lateral raises are good for the shoulder

I use this program to bring my shoulders up:

For Wider, Rounder Delts | Mind and Muscle

For Triceps, I really like Decline Close-Grip Bench. That hits my tris like nothing else.

Default Re: does anyone know anymore good tricep and some good shoulder workouts?

for me whats worked best is just sticking to the basics.

for triceps, dips, extensions, pressdowns

and shoulders

military pressing, rear delt work, and side laterals

heres my tri and shoulder routine

shoulders, excluding traps:

db shoulder press
db rear delt raise
db side laterals

triceps:

tricep dips
overhead db extension
cable pressdowns

I train shoulders after back and triceps after chest, and switch between barbells and dumbbells
