Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | If you have the strength, weighted dips are BADASS for your tris. I also really like skull crushers and CG Benchpress. I would do maybe 2-3 tri exercises to hit the heads at different angles though if you were to choose only one, dips are a good option. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Yeah, I currently do weighted dips for my chest tho.. but I guess I could drop them on chest day... and add a fly type movement... Then reinsert the weighted dips on my arms/shoulders day... I'm in favor of anythyng that let's me carry my Grizzly belt around the gym... I look SOOO intimidating.. (and at the same tyme - I attract all the women that are into leather & chains) .. It's a win/win situation.. Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I think doing a good movement like that once in a while is effective, but imo it's not a prudent long term strategy. There's a reason that most people do several different movements for each muscle group. Different exercises hit the muscle different ways, so you get more well-rounded development of the muscle. For me, when I started working out, I emphasized dips and rope pushdowns and the long head of the tri really seemed to lag as opposed to the medial/lateral heads which seemed to develop nicely. For myself, I had to include things like french curls/skull-crushers that emphasize the long head to get better overall development of the tricep.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | For whatever reason, dips (usually assisted ones) only hit me in the chest area, with small tricep involvement. I have tried leaning back and leaning forward, but the same thing happens. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Well, I lyke to use an extremely narrow gryp for my dips.. I literally cross my hands... basically putting my ryght hand on the left bar & the left hand on the ryght bar.. then with my arms crossed, I'll do weighted dips... Really burns my tri's, pecs, rear delts, traps, calves, quads, glutes, serratus... (Ok, I'm lying... but did you thynk about trying it?? )Peace..~G
