Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5  |  Desperately Need Just 'ONE' Upper Chest Isolation! Apart from incline flies. Are there any other isolation exercises for upper chest? The only thing is I don't have cables that cross so crossover are out of the question although I do have cables that I can use with 1 arm if they're any use. HK

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Hand position. Do a search on Charles Poloquin and on his site he goes over increased isolation on flys. In a nutshell you need to have the palms facing the feet at the bottom of the fly. This will prevent the delt from getting involved and you will get a far greater peck strech. I switch to all fly movements done this way after I attended his seminar back in 2000 and my chest improved greatly. Sully
