Looks much better, I think you low back might be rounding a little on the decent, but not too much.

My real critique is that I had the sound up all the way and still didn't hear you yelling "yeah budday! yeah budday! Boooooo! Lightweight!" Who taught this guy how to deadlift?

lol, I usually don't yell that when the camera is recording. Maybe when I am pulling at least 400.

And alright, I'll try to push with my heels more.

I have the same kind of problem, with the conventional style (what he is doing), when I squat low enough to lift, my arms aren't straight unless I put them out like an extra foot. So, I've switched to sumo, and, for me personally its a lot easier, and it just pulls easier to me. Just remember, keep that back straight, like pull your shoulder blades back when you come up, that helps me out sometimes.

Looking better ..it is tough one to master but it needs to be before you start going heavy.

As stated drive your feet through the floor rather than thinking about standing up. Try to get lower in your stance prior to the lift.

Man am I glad there was a second vid I was going to crack on you for doing a fk'd up SLDL... haha .. oops I just did crack on ya.

Don't go touch and go, and work with flexibility to use more of your legs.

Looks good other then those things that can be fixed easily.

The main thing is to find what feels good to you. It took me a long time to find my groove, but when I did it payed off. Go easy on the weights until you find your groove.

hahaha, funny stuff.

Read a lot of people complaining saying how ronnie yelling out that shit is dumb and rediculous, and makes him look like a fool. If someone in my gym wants to start lifting weights that heavy and they feel phsycing themselves up like will help... ****, I'll even join in with them :P
