http://thefitshow.com/week3/milos_chest_med.htm Im guilty of no mind muscle connection, all ego. Even though I do strict reps, expanding the ribcage seems like a good idea. I'll probably have to lower my BP weight now.

I've tried using super-strict form, and in spite of the feeling of a higher-quality contraction, I just don't grow. Powerlifting style bench has really made my chest a lot thicker in the last several months.

Thanks for posting that link tho, was good to watch.

Great example of how different things work for diffenerent people... how long did you try that technique though?

Thanks for linking that Polka King, good info for everyone. I know I go on automatic sometimes when I hit the gym this reminded me to keep my mind muscle connection and concentrate on my form.

I trained that way for about 2 years and added very little mass. I switched to Max-OT style training and just about exploded

btw, i'm diggin the extra smileys
