Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 222 | I've tried using super-strict form, and in spite of the feeling of a higher-quality contraction, I just don't grow. Powerlifting style bench has really made my chest a lot thicker in the last several months. Thanks for posting that link tho, was good to watch.
