Take a long breath from one side of your nose and release from other side. Do it for 5 minutes. It definately helps you if u are a heart patient. You can also do this either u are normal. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | In what way does this help your heart? Your nostrils merge into one passageway once inside your skull, so I really don't see the point of breathing through one as opposed to the other.

It increases the blood circulation, makes lungs strong. Very much useful for improving our mental health. It gives peace and stability in our mind. Regular practice definitely helps ones to maintain a good health and mind.
