Default Bike riding for cutting?

i been riding my bike every day for about 2 hours on the highest resistance i have. Its all pretty much flat land. Actually its all flat land, do you think this is a good work out? I been walking on the tredmill after just because i dont feel as if i got the work out i needed.

do you think its good or should i continue what i been doing? (i am on a cut)

well, it depends what your opportunity costs are. What is your resistance training regiment? Is this just your cardio training? If so, then i believe it's a great ideal. The key is raising your body temp and heart rate.

Pfff...biking on flat land? Thats what you get for living in SC.

Come to Cali and you'll have some hills to climb.

I got a friend who is vegan... only when he wants to lose weight.

but he always goes "I'm a vegan.. but I won't argue that animals are the tastiest thing on the planet."

keto cardio is the best part of keto, even though I play extreme racquetball ! =d

I knew a vegan once..... I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.

I mean.... huh? OK, but I do cook him steak and cheeseburgers now.
