Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 42 | if only of those three, i would pick the cable rows! i can squeeze and feel the muscle being worked better with that excersise, can be done with heavy weight safely. but honestly i probably wouldn't do any of the three excersises, i don't like the other two (lame) and the only reason i don't do cable rows is that i have outgrown the weight stack at our gym and don't like having to do 30 or more reps with the weight stack we got just to get a good workout in. |

| Pro Stature | t bar rows in general are GREAT for middle back thickness....i love them....doin them single armed is even better! i would choose those over shrugs any day
