| Going Pro BBer in '08-'09 | I'm starting this thread to get your ideas on what's the best for a home exercise equipment, aerobics-wise. IMO, it's difficult to get in the very best of shapes without such a thing which allows you to hit the cardio at any time on a whim. I'm starting with what my friend wants to buy sometime in the new year: ![]() This thing uses a sealed water compartment for resistance and is allegedly very very silent, on top of being stylish enough to have around and very storable (can easily be put in a vertical position). This seems to be the best I've seen so far, but would love to hear other ideas of what's good. Taken from http://www.waterrower.com/ Post your ideas? Thanks

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | that rowing machine is pretty cool looking I personally like stationary bikes and find them to be very muscle sparing I was in commission-based sales of fitness equipment for 3-4 years and really like Nordic Trac equipment. It is high quality and they are a company that really stands behind their products. I also recommend their extended warranties. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 94 | It's not that exciting but I find a treadmill to be a great aerobic machine. I like to go on walks for my aerobic activity, usually 45-60 minutes at a time. And I find it to be muscle sparing. Right now it is 5 F outside and I could really use a treadmill at home. :fingersxd

(I'd do it outside if my ****** iPod was working, I need something to occupy my mind during cardio)I like walking at a fast pace on an incline for about 30-45 minutes, with a 6-8 minute run somewhere in the middle | |
