Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 309 | I like to mix it up but skull crushers definately give me the greatest gains. Rope pushdowns with a wrist turn are also great along with overhead db extensions. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I generally like to keep to compound movements but skullcrushers make me cry very much (that's a good thing, I suppose).

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Dips and skull crushers for mass. Pressdowns on cable machine with rope (spreading hands out to lock out). They get plenty of other work with all pressing movements.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | I prefer cable pressdowns, bent-over dumbell kickbacks, and the close-grip bench press. I have heard great things about skullcrushers but I'm afraid I'd drop the barbell on my face or throat and end up looking like this... ![]()
