Smile best exercises for tricep development

Post your top 3 exercises for packing mass onto your triceps. Right now I am doing dips, close grip bench press, and lying triceps extentions. What others have helped you pack on the mass?

I like to mix it up but skull crushers definately give me the greatest gains. Rope pushdowns with a wrist turn are also great along with overhead db extensions.

I generally like to keep to compound movements but skullcrushers make me cry very much (that's a good thing, I suppose).

Thumbs up

Skull Crushers on a decline bench

Seated extensions overhead with a single dumbell using both hands on the 1 dumbell

Pressdowns using a bar on a cable machine and for the outer head of the tricep, use a reverse grip

Dips and skull crushers for mass. Pressdowns on cable machine with rope (spreading hands out to lock out). They get plenty of other work with all pressing movements.

I prefer cable pressdowns, bent-over dumbell kickbacks, and the close-grip bench press. I have heard great things about skullcrushers but I'm afraid I'd drop the barbell on my face or throat and end up looking like this...

i just started doing incline and decline skullcrushers

they stress the tricep differently at each angle.

combined with dips and CGBP it's a pretty good workout
