Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | I train calves with 3 sets of 12 3 days a week. I've been getting decent gains on my calves. But I'm sure which exercises to do. I've been just rotating around the gym lately. Doing a different calf exercise almost everytime I train them. So which exercises are the best for isolating the calves? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | I think the contraction is the most important part. Standing Calf Raises, Seated Calf Raises, Leg Press Calf Raises, etc.

| Pro Stature | If you take a lot of staircases like I do, walk on the balls of your feet. Go up 50+ steps and your calves will get a nice burn. It's exercising when you don't even mean to, it's second nature to me now.
