Honestly, I think that he could probably take me right now since he is a bigger guy. So... what exercises should I do to get my strength up and ready for the match? I already do the basics: Squat, Deadlift, Benchpress, etc. What can i add? I am thinking reverse curls, bb curls, and wrist curls. Anything wrong with that or anything unique I can add? Thanks.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Thanks alot guys for the fast replies . I will definately find somewhere to learn how to arm wrestle. I'll start with alot of gripwork and such. And DF don't worry, I won't be taking up arm wrestling as a sport or anything... I just want the money and bragging rights . Oh yea, the bet is 50 bucks... small but worth it, lol.
