This one is more for the "I want to be fit" crowd, instead of the "I just want to look fit" crowd, but some great stuff.

Good form on these guys, too. Check out the "Hot Chick Muscle-up" if you want to feel inferior AND turned on. And the "Windshield Wiper" is a great one.
