Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Well I don't have a squat rack at the house nor a leg press. I did hack squats today and they seem to work well except my knees are a little sore.(I do parallel squat at school and never have this problem). Also weighted lunges I heard were good. Any other exercises? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 29 | U could do dumbell squats. Take the heaviest dumbells u have and hold them by ur side with ur palms facing ur legs and then squat like u would with a bar on ur back.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Hey thanks. I also forgot about that. Thanks for your help. Maybe this will also help out my squat numbers. They are very, very bad right now. |

| Soldier In Progress | You could do front squats and just take your bench press as high as it goes.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | try doing Zercher squats... i think the creator of this exercise had the same problem as you (no rack), so he just held the bar in the crook of his arm |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | I have no rack at the school weights room, so I either do: DB One Legged Split Squats - http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...plitSquat.html or Front Squats (PowerClean to get the weight up) - make sure you learn how to powerclean first. |

| IronMass Donator | I tried this before with my cambered bar and was too scared to continue and switched over to db squats. Should I be able to power clean the same amount of weight that I squat?
