Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Thats right guys, 1 month till summer starts. I have 4 good weeks of trying to solve my "wide, but not thick" problem. Ive been squatting, Benching, Rowing, Military pressing, and even deadlifting for the past few weeks (4 now?) it has helped, but not for thickness! Any recomendations about how to "thicken" up for the summer. I realize 4 weeks is not much time (literally no time as far as body building) but I have muscle built from the past 1.5 years and am hoping that will help. Any recomendations about how to work my chest and back to get thicker? This is what I need right? Chest and back? Thanks so much guys. |

You should start a log so that people can see your training routine and perhaps give you advice on how to tweak it. btw, it's only been Spring for 8 days now (first day was March 21st).... we've got a while until summer ![]() |
