Question When to take certain supplements?

Okay, I have been taking creatine for a month now (5g/day), protein mix daily, and a multi. I just ordered 7-keto and was wondering when I should take that and how much? I heard that you take it before workout and take creatine after workout. Do I just take both supplements once a day?? I don't want to screw up. I am looking to increase my muscle mass, and lifting four times a week (twice for each muscle). I've noticed with the creatine that I don't get as sore from a good workout, but that's about all I've noticed. Any advise would be wonderful!

I'm not overly familiar with 7-keto but I'll direct someone here that is. It makes sense that you'd want to take it pre-workout though since it should increase your fat burning capacity. As far as the creatine goes I've found it's best to take while you workout or before so it's available from your blood supply to be absorbed when it's most needed. It also makes taking your post workout protein shake a lot easier then trying to down to large drinks in one shot. What is your exact workout plan?

Fitness4fun from everything I have read on 7-Keto... you need to take it about an 1 1/2 - 2 hours before you exercise.. and a second dose 5 hours after the first.. each dose being 100 mg...

Thanks! I usually put the creatine powder in with my protein shake. My work outs have been Sundays and Wed. I work chest, shoulders and tri's. On Mondays and Thursdays it's butt/legs, back and bi's
I haven't been doing cardio yet...focusing on muscle build and I hate cardio when it's this hot here!! My diet is clean...I eat six 300 calorie mini-meals, making sure to have about 22 grams of protein in each.
