Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Okay, I have been taking creatine for a month now (5g/day), protein mix daily, and a multi. I just ordered 7-keto and was wondering when I should take that and how much? I heard that you take it before workout and take creatine after workout. Do I just take both supplements once a day?? I don't want to screw up. I am looking to increase my muscle mass, and lifting four times a week (twice for each muscle). I've noticed with the creatine that I don't get as sore from a good workout, but that's about all I've noticed. Any advise would be wonderful!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 75 | Fitness4fun from everything I have read on 7-Keto... you need to take it about an 1 1/2 - 2 hours before you exercise.. and a second dose 5 hours after the first.. each dose being 100 mg... Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Thanks! I usually put the creatine powder in with my protein shake. My work outs have been Sundays and Wed. I work chest, shoulders and tri's. On Mondays and Thursdays it's butt/legs, back and bi's I haven't been doing cardio yet...focusing on muscle build and I hate cardio when it's this hot here!! My diet is clean...I eat six 300 calorie mini-meals, making sure to have about 22 grams of protein in each.
