I had/have problems with my RC the one thing that has made a difference for me is using the handbike for 3-5 mins before doing anything that involves a lot of shoulder work (chest days/shoulders obviously ) It's made a significant difference. Doing RC exercises will help a lot too but I find it harder for me to remember to get those in. ![]() |

Here's the score so far: Monday: 10 min in the AM/ 20 min in the PM ![]() Tuesday: 20 min AM/ 30 min PM ![]() Wednesday: 0 min AM/ 30 min PM ![]() I've been totally unstructured with the weights. I just work on whatever strikes me at the moment. Tonight it was legs. I'm going to continue this way for the next couple weeks emphasizing cardio, abs and flexibility. Then around the second week of Feb maybe add back more upper body movements. My shoulder is feeling like it's getting better. Don't want to jinx it. :fingersxd

| IronMass Donator | Hey there Mr. Falcon, Just catching up. Besides feeling tired, I'm doing well. I'm about to abandon this most recent try at 2x/day cardio. I. don't. like. it. I'm truly shocked I've lasted this long.My furnace is finally fixed, so my am workouts are going much better. I have my last PT appointment for my shoulder this week, then I'm on my own. I'm supposed to re-evaluate my self in about 6 weeks and if I haven't improved more, he wants me to go back to my primary care for an MRI. I don't think that will be necessary though. I'm sure it will continue to get better; especially after I get a rolling bag for my laptop. Got my profit-sharing deposit - about $2k and change. Now nicely tucked away in some large cap mutual funds in my 401k. Ummmm, that's about it for me. NOW! How about you! Tomorrow is Valentine's Day.
