I'm still holding off on direct/heavy shoulder work until I see the doc next month. Even though I was feeling kind of guilty/off for missing those workouts, my right shoulder LOVED the rest. I hardly had a twinge working chest this morning. :fingersxd I'm getting antsy. I'm really trying to resist putting the batteries back in my scale. I don't think I have lost any pounds. I'm due for measurement on next Monday. So, either FitDay is way off with the caloric expenditures it calculates for activities, or the scale that I use to measure my food is way off and I'm eating more than I think. Even on the high-cal weekends, I'm still well under my calories expended for the day. Theoretically I should be getting either smaller or lighter. I know, I know . . . patience. BAH! Come back often. ![]() I am taking anti depressents to help me through the change of life, unfortionately when you turn 50 it's bound to happen. The stupid pills are causing more trouble than the daily effects of the change! I was a royal bt#^ h without the stupid pills but, at least I was on track! | IronMass Donator | I finished my bottle of Melting Point today. Reordered for next month. However, I think I will reduce the dosage to 2 caps in the am and 2 caps at midday. Halfway through the third week, a lot of cramping started. I mean a LOT. Enough where I had difficulty shopping! Oh yeah, and working. Thought it may have been DOMS since the locations weren't typical of what other users were reporting. Also, thought it may have been the HFR gel. But the cramping persisted even when not using the gel. Also, muscle groups were cramping that had not been worked in the previous couple of days, so it couldn't be DOMS. I'll try lowering the dosage because I really enjoy the product otherwise. I forgot to measure on Monday. I'll try to remember to do it this weekend. As usual the space between the knees and belly button is taking its own sweet time coming along {yeah, yeah, I know, less food, more cardio } But my upper body and abs are looking great, but of course I'm biased. ![]()
