| IronMass Donator | To the top! I finally have my hands on another bottle of Melting Point. I had originally planned to use it with Farenheit. But, I wasn't too impressed with Farenheit, so I think I'll try something else. I have decided to use Neurostim because I have heard good things about it and have always wanted to try a nootropic. It'll be interesting to see how the second half of my semester plays out with this added in. Also, I was introduced to Glucophase while at the expo, and have lurked in one of the logs over at another board. It sounds interesting so I'm going to give it a go. So it will go like this: Pre-W: 3 caps Neurostim +C Post-W: 3 caps Melting Point, 1 cap Glucophase, msm, liver blend, EFA, 1 tbsp of liquid Kre-Alkalyn in my smoothie lunch supps: 3 caps Melting Point, 1 cap Glucophase, msm, liver blend, EFA, multi-vit/min dinner supps: 1 cap Glucophase, msm, liver blend, EFA Over the past several weeks, my right shoulder pain has required me to lower many of my weights and cut down on the amount of direct shoulder work. I also added some Advil a couple times a week as well as this topical MSM/Glucosamine cream. (http://www.vpxsports.com/newweb/prod...t%20Care&id=20) It's kind of pricey at $15-18 per bottle, but doesn't smell like Ben-Gay and so far seems to be helping. Hopefully not placebo effect, but I should know by the time this bottle is done. A little seems to be going a long way. I don't see the doctor until Dec 7th, so I'm just going to take it slow until then. Beginning stats: Waist: 30, Hips: 44.25, BF%: 12-13mm/24.6% I'm going to try to ignore the scale this time. Took the batteries out and put it in the closet. Watching my weight bounce around just makes me crazy. So I'll go by the tape measure and calipers only. {Until I can't take it anymore and put the batteries back in. }If I can actually stick to a proper eating plan this time , I may do another cycle of 19Nor. I'll decide at the end of December.

| Pro Stature | Funyuns and Dark Meat Chicken??? This is Melting Point, not Miracle Work! ![]() Seriously though, good luck and I'll be happy to watch/follow progress again. Neurostim+C is great stuff, but it was better as a drinkmix IMO, too bad about the clumping issues since Orange/Pineapple was top notch.

| IronMass Donator | You see what had happened was . . . football goodies weren't all consumed on Sunday. One leaked over into Monday. ![]() Also, dark meat chicken is cheaper, so at the time it was the best choice. I only get that white meat chicken when it's on sale. My preference is seitan (130kcal/20g pro/12g cho/10g fiber/2g sugar/0g fat) per 140g serving. Quick and easy, tastey, and no damn e-coli!

| IronMass Donator | I know. I skipped a shake this afternoon. I just didn't want it. The banana topped me off. It would have added another ~350-400kcal. Surprisingly enough though at 11:00 at night, I'm not hungry. Just average yesterday's 1700 with today's 1300, and it's all good. Man, those UTZ ain't nothing but the truth! ![]()
