Default Some help for a friend

One of my friends came to me for help. I've known her for a long time so she talks to me as a friend. She needs to lose some weight but doesn't know how. I can make her a diet and stuff since it's the same for men but how do I tell her to workout? Does she do a split or something circuit like and how do her rep ranges go? She doesn't need to lose THAT much fat. More muscle building. I think she needs to lose about 10-20 lbs. of fat then start building muscle.

She really wants it too. She just does it wrong. Eats SmartOnes twice a day and almost nothing else; just kinda starves herself.

Her stats:
5'3''
130-140 lbs
BF I don't know
Walks everyday but no weight training at all

Sum it all up, how does she workout?

Well theres something u can fix for her.... If shes starving herself she isnt gonna lose weight with the results she would want... When you starve yourself the bodys saving more fats and such in and around the body so shes pretty much just a lost cause with that... You may want to just start her off with a nice and easy exercize routine like a regular split maybe just instead of strength training go for low weight high reps, remember muscle weighs more than fat so id say go with the low weight high reps to tone the muscles get rid of the extra baggage and get to the desirable weight then maybe start with some muscle building

her reps n such will change to her structure and such how shes build she seems small well it would be small to me but it would all change according to that.... You may way to wait for some more replys im not 100% sure of how what im saying would result

I know a method to lose weight.
Eat a lot of ghee based sweets.
it worked for me and my friend.
