Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Dear__________, My name is Mariza. I'm looking for some advice on which supplements I should be looking into, I know a lot of the basics from research and speaking to coaches etc... I'm 5'2, around 127Lbs, I weight trein 6 days a week, alternating muscle groups and usually supersetting the groups I work with. I do cardio work every daiy for 40 minuts... etc. My diet is extremely healthy, from what I read I'm taking in the right amounts of everything. So I just want to what can i do to GET AS LEAN AS POSSIBLE! I'm taking protein powder and i'm doing a sicle of efedrine, T4 and clemboterol. Should i take DHEA ou HUMAGRO ASN or Prostanozol ? I heard it could help... Can you give me any advice? Thanks for any advice you can give me. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 216 | The problem with that is that your beta-2 receptors upon which the clenbuterol and ephedrine act are being down-regulated since you aren't taking any breaks from beta-2 agonists. Are you taking any benadryl or anything?

It is a pretty common practice... Ephedrine is an extreemly weak beta-2 agonist.

What are you doing for cardio? try walking 3mph for an hour 1st thing in the morning.. instead of your normal cardio if it is any more intense. When you do all that working out, and cardio like you are doing your body tends to try to hang on to its fat. The reason is because we are not too far evolved from where we were just a few hundred years ago when meals were not so readily available. there wasn't a grocery store in every town, people didn't have refrigerators etc. So our bodies held on to their precious fat stores to sustain us in times when a substantial meal could not be obtained for a few days. By walking you sort of trick your body into relaeasing it's precious fat stores.

I am not saying you aren't right, just saying it is a common practice...lol but seriously ephedrine is a very weak beta agonist, and probably doesn't hinder the receptors from returning to normal between clen cycles... I am with you on the benadryl, or even better Ketotifen Fumarate... the Ketotifen will help ya sleep when on clen.. some people have a hard time sleeping while on it... Ketotifen will allow you to stretch the clen cycle to a month instead of two weeks, as well as helping with the sleep issues...
