So I basically started doing it in the morning and at night, and then sometimes it stays incomplete because at night I am too busy or I pass out (I work at night). I am a journal newbie...never had one that I wrote in everyday and it is HARD! |

I add some lime juice in both to make my throat feel better and it has helped. Meal 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal 3 eggs 1 Toasted slice of Whole Wheat bread 1 Tsp of Pb a banana 1 cup of Green tea Meal 2 1 cup of Non fat Yogurt 12 Almonds 8 Raspberries Meal 3 1 Salmon Filet 1 Cup of Spring Mix salad a Dab of Olive Oil Meal 4 1 Cup of Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup of mixed nuts trail mix (peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins, sesame seeds) 1 Cup of Green Tea Two more meals to go today... Probably will have : Meal 5 1 Filet of Tilapia 1 Cup of Salad 2 Tbsp of Kidney Beans Dab of Olive oil Meal 6 1 Chicken Breast Not sure if I am going to have carbs before bed, since this one will be late. |

However, most people have weaker lower back muscles so they feel it there fyrst & most... Sorta lyke the chain's only as strong as the weakest link.. The link DF gave is a great syte to start.. Also, if ya know the name of the equipment manufacturer, you can snatch the names & photos of the equipment from their websyte.. My gym uses "Techno-Gym" & Hammer Strength equipment... By the way.. about the dieting..??? I lost a lil more than 10 pounds when I got sick... the fyrst 2 days I kept up my bulking diet... By the 3rd day.. I was eating maybe 2 bowls of soup a day and that's it! ... After a week & a half.. all my friends were saying.. OMG!! You're so thin already!!! ... & thys was after I'd spent an hour & a half, staring at myself in the mirror.. convincing myself that I looked the same.. Peace..~G

I have been eating soup as 1 or 2 of the meals since my apetite is pretty much gone...but I think the worst is over. I shoulda been taking cold medicine from the start (like my husband was begging me too), but I am stubborn cuz I like to know that my body can fight it off without pills. Since I only have sniffles left, I broke down and started taking cold/flu pills to get rid of it. I plan to go to the gym tonight and do my legs/abs. | |

Thanks! I am recovering nicely...no more nature trail runs for me unless I take lots of antihistamine first! It was a bad sinus attack/allergic reaction to one of the trees at the park LoL... But I have started lifting again Yesterday I did Transverse Adduction, Transverse Abduction, lower back, abs and hams. Yes it's alot but I felt like I had to make up for the lost time. I made sure to eat a meal and an apple before I went so I had lots of energy. On Tuesday I did Quads, Butt and calves. | |

Was supposed to go to the gym today and yesterday but because of the freaking hurricane the gym was closed So tomorrow I will go and do Legs/butt/abs. My meals for today: Meal 1 1/2 cup of oats 1 cup of Non Fat Milk 1 scope of Whey protein 2 pieces of Toast 1.5 Tbsp of P.B. Meal 2 Handful of mixed nuts and raisins 1 Cup of Spring mix Salad 1 piece of baked Chicken Some brocolli (didn't measure) 5 Baby carrots Dab of Olive oil Meal 3 1 piece of fish (talapia) 1 cup of salad Dab of Olive oil Meal 4 1 cup of Non Fat Plain Yogurt 10 Almonds Handful of Raisins Scoop of protein powder Meal 5 3 Eggs 1/2 cup of oatmeal 1 Tbsp of PB Meal 6 1 cup of cottage cheese Not sure what else yet |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | So I decided to revamp my breakfast :bigthumbu 1 scoop of whey protein (chocolate or vanilla) 1/2 cup of oats 1-2 Tbsp of Natural PB 4-5 Strawberries or 1 banana or 1/2 cup of mixed berries 1 cup of non fat plain yogurt or milk (depending on how thick i want it) Blend in blender and End result = Yum! |

I do the same type of yoga minus the heat. I love yoga...it is the most calming, relaxing experience and I am addicted to it. Stretching all my muscles (cuz they are usually sore from lifting) feels incredible. I have been doing it for over a year and I am pretty flexible I had to stop for a bit when school started back because my instructor took a two week vacation and my schedule was too crazy. I would highly recommend it to anyone... and there are some guys in my yoga class too if you are wondering (even old ones) :p |

I am definitely getting my Breast Augmentation on Dec 23rd and I am excited!!!!
