hahah basically all i said was that i love the spanish language way to much to ever forget it, and that i was bored in accounting class today, and that i have gained for pounds but that i'm back on my diet so i'm not worried, and the last line was just saying that i am sorry to the people that didn't understand what i was saying.

MB Russian twist - 2x10 to each side
MB V-ups 1x25
MB Standard Crunch - 2x15

Cardio: None

Diet:
1/2c Oats. fish oils
Chic Breast, Apple
Roast Beef, new potatoes
Low Carb Pita Turkey Sandwich, fish oils
Chic Breast Strip things, fish oils
1/2Tbsp Natty PB, apple, fish oils

Ahh diet kinda sucked, guess i did ok, didn't get as much food as i wanted, but it was still good.

I've lowered my cals by about 300 overall, so now i'm consuming about 1500-1600 cals whereas before it was about 1800, fat lowered by about 6g, and protein and fat, by about 35 each. I did this because when i started cutting some 7-8 months ago i was at 103kgs or something like that, now i'm at 90, my cals were too much for me to continue losing weight with now, so i figured lowering by about one meal should kick me back into gear.

Cardio: 5 Mins/1 mile x 2 on stationary Bike (warm up & cool down)

Diet:
Meal 1: Bar, 1c Skim Milk
Meal 2: Bar, apple
Meal 3: Open Faced Grilled Chic sandwich, mixed fruit
Meal 4: Low carb turkey pita, 1c skim milk
Meal 5: Baked catfish, oven roasted new potatoes
Rating 5/10

Hmm felt good to get back in the gym, love back days!!! deadlifts were kind of heavy for some reason, i guess because i hadn't done them in a while, or maybe it was because i was too lazy to transfer all the weights from the ez curl bar to the olympic bar so i couldn't use a wider grip hmmm....! Also i think i should have done t-bar rows instead of the lat pulldowns but i seriously didn't feel like transfer the weight. God i could kick myself, oh well it was still a good workout all in all, went kinda easy on the sets for my biceps because well when you work the back, it works the biceps indirectly too, so my biceps were already fatigued. All in all decent....

Cardio: HMMM DOES SWEATING WHILE STUDYING IDS FOR AP HISTORY COUNT??? I HAD LIKE 30 SUPER LONG IDS TO STUDY FOR TEST TOMORROW!!! PRAY FOR ME!

but not seriously, no cardio today.

Meal 2: bar
Meal 3: chic breast, pear slices, fish oil
Meal 4: Chic breast, baked swt pot, fish oil
Meal 5: baked catfish, rice

7/10.....maybe 6/10.....somewhere b/t there.....i'm back at 200lbs now though!! 180 here i come!!! anyways gotta get back to my thousands of history IDs to study for the next 2 hours! bye!!

i feel like ranting in my journal!

School: God school is a bitch! I want to talk about my AP test i took today. I GOT THE IDS I WANTED!!! Hudson river school, the corrupt bargain, horrace mann, and 2 others (can't remember) i think i did really good on them! i even remembered the dates!!! I don't think i did too hot on the multiple choice though but overall i think i did ok. maybe like a maybe a 70 (which is a C) i would be fine with that. Got my interim in Adv english, got an A- in there, which i was happy with, i got a B- in Spanish 4!!!!!! OMG I WAS SOOOOOOOOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT, SPANISH 4 IS HARD AS SHIT!! :zoom:
I keep an A in accounting so i'm not worried about that. I got a C in trig (only because i'm missing a test) and i made that up today during lunch, which in no i got nothing below a B on it, so i'm expecting a B in there for right now, so lets see....

Physics - C
English - A-
Spanish 4 - B-
Accounting - A
Trig - B

Not to bad eh? UGH THAT DAMN C IN PHYSICS IS IRRITATING ME!!!!!!! GOD...oh well i have 2 more week to pull it up, so we'll see!

Wow workout was pretty damn good! Triceps have an amazing pump in them, pretty nice! I was just kinda messing around with the ab work today because i am bored doing the v ups and all the other stuff i usually do, so this was a nice change, altho i will say i dont like them lol! oh well will find other exercises....turkish get-ups look pretty interesting and hardcore!!!

OMG THE ONLY DOWNFALL OF WORKING OUT AT HOME ARE DISTRACTIONS!!! i was in the middle of a set (the pushdowns) and my mom calls me upstairs to tell me that she needs my money for personal property taxes for my car and then she went on to give me this lecture about how i'm late (I WAS A DAY LATE AND THAT WAS BC I NEEDED MY DAD TO GET MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT BC THE BANK WANTED TO BE AN ASSHOLE AND NOT LET ME SINCE IT'S SOME KIND OF SPECIAL ACCOUNT I DONT NO THE NAME FOR IT!!!) but that just pissed me off bc that could have waited for me to finish my workout!! i only had like 15 mins left in my workout!! needless to say i was heated bc i am just tired of everything and everyone right now! so i said the hell with the rest of my workout and i just got dressed and went to the bank (since i had just gotten my new bank card) and withdrew the damn money! so yeah w/e!
