I've lowered my cals by about 300 overall, so now i'm consuming about 1500-1600 cals whereas before it was about 1800, fat lowered by about 6g, and protein and fat, by about 35 each. I did this because when i started cutting some 7-8 months ago i was at 103kgs or something like that, now i'm at 90, my cals were too much for me to continue losing weight with now, so i figured lowering by about one meal should kick me back into gear.

Also i think i should have done t-bar rows instead of the lat pulldowns but i seriously didn't feel like transfer the weight. God i could kick myself, oh well it was still a good workout all in all, went kinda easy on the sets for my biceps because well when you work the back, it works the biceps indirectly too, so my biceps were already fatigued. All in all decent....

| Pro Stature | i feel like ranting in my journal! School: God school is a bitch! I want to talk about my AP test i took today. I GOT THE IDS I WANTED!!! Hudson river school, the corrupt bargain, horrace mann, and 2 others (can't remember) i think i did really good on them! i even remembered the dates!!! I don't think i did too hot on the multiple choice though but overall i think i did ok. maybe like a maybe a 70 (which is a C) i would be fine with that. Got my interim in Adv english, got an A- in there, which i was happy with, i got a B- in Spanish 4!!!!!! OMG I WAS SOOOOOOOOO HAPPY ABOUT THAT, SPANISH 4 IS HARD AS SHIT!! :zoom: I keep an A in accounting so i'm not worried about that. I got a C in trig (only because i'm missing a test) and i made that up today during lunch, which in no i got nothing below a B on it, so i'm expecting a B in there for right now, so lets see.... Ap History - C Physics - C English - A- Spanish 4 - B- Accounting - A Trig - B Not to bad eh? UGH THAT DAMN C IN PHYSICS IS IRRITATING ME!!!!!!!
