I guess motivation is in the eye of the beholder...

I would go so far as to say that plenty of women wouldn't mynd looking the way you do ryght now... If the pics in your thread are current.

Aww thanks! Ya the pic of my abs are from last week and the beach pic is about a month old.

I can't see it cuz I see myself everyday lol.

If I wasn't a mod - I probably would've said - Yeah, I wysh I could see it everyday too..

But since I'm a mod - I never said or thought that..

As a mod, I'll also add - It's hard to see your progress when you see yourself everyday, I thynk thys is the case for most of us... Our friends will say - "Oh, you're losing weight.. or Whoa, you're getting bigger." .. before we'll admit it to ourselves... For thys reason, I've been taking progress pics every two months... I thynk 8 weeks is enough tyme to see if I'm making progress from a new routine or nutritional plan (aka diet) ... I skipped August cause I was analyzed at the gym and my goal now is to just workout & follow my nutritional plan & then get re-analyzed at the gym in 3 months... So, no need for pics just yet..

However, if your gym doesn't have a body analyzer or caliper test, feel free to take photos in the same outfit every 2 months... when you put them syde by syde, you may be pleasantly surprised..

Thanks... That is some helpful info! My gym has body fat testing and I will get it done this week for sure. But taking pictures in the same clothes and positions is a great idea too cuz it is extremely motivating to see visual results instead of just numbers.

lol..well I don't think you need them but girl's never listen when you tell them that anyway. And it doesn't take 3 or 4 parts to beat boobs it takes one, a nice butt!! Man a nice butt on a girl will have me doing cartwheels! :hyper2:

I am not fussy at all actually.There are too many "favorites" to name... hehe.
