Josie's new fitness goal!

Hello all

I hope everyone is doing just great and that I didn’t miss too much.

I had to take some time off from the fitness/training world and focus on anything else for a little over two months, and also take care of the new house

Now that I have seen my trainer and got the new workout plan...I am fully motivated.. I’m now ready for some more!
It seems like I'll be competing again on July 8th

It leaves me 5 months 1 weeks and 2 days to get ready

I started last night and I'm officially sore for the first time in 2006

Kendra's next competition will be the same weekend, so you guys will be getting ready together!

well sorry if I've been so late in the updates, but let just say that my training
has not exactly been going how I wanted to

I was up to my second competition program and was feeling more than tired, I had trouble getting to the end of each workout and lifting what I usually lifted was harder than ever.

Also, everytime I had my caliper testing, my trainer kept telling me to relax beacuse I was loosing very slowly everywhere but nothing was happening in the stomach region (a sign of stress)

Then one morning I peed on a stick and it told me I have a bun in the oven

I couldn't believe it so I waited a few hours and did it again... and it told me the same thing. over... and over again

I have been married for less than a year and am still a bit surprised, even though happy, that it's been this easy to start a familly

I want to be a fit mommy so I intend to compete a fe months after... it will help make sure I regain my ol' body!

so no competition in July, I figured a belly isn't in the description of what the judges are looking for

Well, if there ever was a good reason to skip a comp, that's it!

You should do a fit pregnancy log!

Congrats! That is exciting news!

Will you write an article for us and submit it on how to be a fit mommy during pregnancy and afterwards? I bet there are plenty of ladies that would enjoy the read!
