Default Josie's little place within the forum!

Well, well, well!

Seems like the female forum needs a jump start so, yours truly, will do her part!

As a bunch already now I am training for my very first figure competition, which was supposed to take place on July 3rd but has been postponed.

...to my relief I have to admit since I didn't feel ready. After all it's the first comp and I'd like to stand out!

I do not have the exact date for the other ones yet as there are multiple possibilities (one (very small one) in August, one in September and one (that I'm doing for sure) in November, with various associations.

So let's say that I'm working hard to look my very best for any of those!

Without further ado, here are a few pics. One is when I started the countdown to the competition (april 1rst) and two of what my body looks like now.

Right now I'm at 124,25 lbs and 17,4% so still a lot of work ahead!

Well now I'm officially done for the week-end, I had 2 amazing weeks and did not cheat or skip one workout... but this morning I had to stop mid-way as I thought I would throw up.

This is the first time something like this has happened to me, so I'll take the week-end off and will cheat tonight or tomorrow :p

oOooo the sweet idea of having forbidden food!

Thanks, on April 1rst I was at 130 lbs and a little over 21% bodyfat

It is pretty hard hard to lose fat and keep/gain muscles isn't it?!
