Well I'll be having a super day since I'm now a Pink Member!

That adorable I love it!

OK last night was peck and back day (day 3) Wich is my problem area.

We took picture of my back so I can really see what to focus on, and see improvements within the next 6 weeks.

I'll post it as soon as she send it to me.

I'm super tired, blame it on the heat wave hitting Montreal, if I had 12 hours of sleep in the last 3 days this is good!

So tonight I'll do legs and will try to come home early to go to bed as soon as I can... hum sounds like wishfull thinking!

I am going on about 10 -12 myself over the last three days and working 6am-9pm with a 60-90 min drive home to end it.

Not as like I was able to at 20 LOL

I am eating a very clean diet keeping fluids going as much as possible and this will help get me back in better shape. So I keep telling myself, I am working two jobs right now but I will in time quit this one.

I almost forgot to ask...

I need your brains, not litterally of course, but I need you to help me brainstorm in order to help me find music for my routine,

Since I'll only be walking it has to be fun beat, but not too quick.

So something energizing that I can walk on... any idea?

to be quite honest I have no idea yet... something playfull would match my personnality and I definitaly want to get noticed.

Computer geek by trade which is about to change which is why I am working so many hours. I took a second job selling Ford's (Want to buy one?) I am about to give my current job two weeks notice (today) and go for selling cars.

For some reason We Got the Beat by the Go-Go's keeps coming in my head. If that's totally off track let me know and I'll try a totally different direction. If that's along the right lines but not the right song I'll brainstorm and get you the right one! :snack:

My only concern is that it might be too fast, I'll have to try and do my quarter turns routine on it tonight so I'll know right away!

lol..well you seem perky and fun so it fit's. I was trying to think of the beat in my head and pacing a walk to it. I was thinking it might be a bit quick so if it is I'll find something a bit slower with the same upbeat feel.

So I tried walking on this song, but as I figured it's too fast... and I tried walking faster

Perfect in my MP3 player though! I ran a lot faster this morning I'm actually considering it for the WNSO show I'll do in May 2006, this time I'll have a fitness routine I wont' just be doing quarter turns.

You really got It, this is the kind of song/feel I'm looking for.

YEAH! I'm happy to say that my back is getting a lot better.

I've worked it hard since this is my weak spot.

I have injured my knee a bit but I have no clue how. It's been 3 days and cominp up and down the stairs is a pain.

I hope it goes away soon.

Diet is harder, I'm starting to feel hungry between meal, and keep thinking about snacking

WILL RESIST!
